License Agreement (EULA)

Effective date: September 1, 2025

This License Agreement (“Agreement”) applies to all digital products (“Visuals”) purchased from Leadership Visuals, a brand of Picture it – Visual Consultancy (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing, downloading, or using any Visual, you agree to the terms below.

1. License Grant

When you purchase a Visual, you do not acquire ownership of the files. Instead, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Visuals under the conditions of the license type you selected (Standard, Pro, or Enterprise).

2. License Types

Standard License

  • Includes high-resolution PDF and JPEG (A2, 300 dpi), plus a low-resolution web version.
  • Use permitted for coaching, team meetings, workshops, and training sessions, including with external participants (up to 100 people).
  • Files may be inserted into tools such as PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides, Canva, or Miro.

Not allowed: editing, resale, redistribution, or public sharing of high-resolution files.

Pro License

  • Includes everything in the Standard License, plus PNG files with transparent backgrounds (A2, 300 dpi).
  • Ideal for slide sequences, layered presentations, and customizing layouts.
  • You may adjust individual elements (size, position, color) to fit your presentation style.

Not allowed: significant alterations, republication as your own, resale, redistribution, or public sharing of high-resolution files.

Enterprise License

  • Includes everything from the Pro License, plus a logo-free version (delivered by email upon request).
  • Permission to use Visuals in internal systems such as LMS platforms, onboarding tools, company templates, and documentation.
  • Optional custom branding (color adjustments, logo integration) available for an additional fee.
  • Designed for organizations, consultancies, or training programs with 1,000+ participants or users.

Not allowed: reselling, sublicensing, or offering the Visuals as downloadable files to external parties.

3. General Restrictions (apply to all license types)

Regardless of license type, you may not:

  • Claim authorship of the Visuals.
  • Remove copyright notices or logos without written permission (except in the Enterprise version where logo-free files are provided).
  • Upload or distribute high-resolution files in open/public repositories or websites.
  • Use the Visuals in ways that infringe applicable laws or third-party rights.

4. Ownership & Intellectual Property

All Visuals remain the intellectual property of Picture it – Visual Consultancy. You receive a license to use them according to this Agreement. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

5. Duration & Termination

  • The license is granted upon purchase and remains valid unless terminated.
  • We may terminate the license if you breach the terms of this Agreement.
  • Upon termination, you must stop using the Visuals and delete all copies.

6. Refunds

Refund terms are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. In general, refunds are not available after download, except in cases of technical issues or duplicate purchases.

7. Liability

Our Visuals are designed as tools for communication and leadership support. They are not professional advice. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the license.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be handled by the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
