Refund policy

Effective date: September 1, 2025

At Leadership Visuals (a brand of Picture it – Visual Consultancy), we sell digital products in the form of downloadable leadership visuals under different license types (Standard, Pro, Enterprise).

Because our products are delivered instantly as digital downloads, special rules apply to refunds and cancellations.

1. Digital Products & Licensing

When purchasing a leadership visual, you receive files (PDF, JPEG, PNG) together with a license that specifies how the files may be used.

  • Standard License – up to 100 participants/users.
  • Pro License – up to 250 participants/users, including layered PNG files.
  • Enterprise License – 1000+ participants/users, including LMS use and optional customization.

Please review the license details carefully before purchase.

2. No Right of Withdrawal (EU/UK Law)

Under EU/UK consumer law, digital products that are delivered immediately are exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal.

By completing your purchase and starting the download, you expressly agree that:

  • You lose your right to withdraw from the contract.
  • No refunds will be issued once the download has started.

3. Refunds

Refunds are generally not available once the files have been downloaded.

Exceptions may be made in the following cases:

  • Technical issues: If you encounter a problem accessing or opening the files.
  • Duplicate purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same item twice.
  • Enterprise licensing: Custom arrangements may include separate terms agreed in writing.

4. Exchanges

We do not offer product exchanges (e.g., switching from Standard to Pro). Please select the correct license type before checkout.

5. Custom Licensing

Enterprise clients may request tailored licensing arrangements (e.g., brand customization, LMS integration). Refund terms for custom services will be defined in the written agreement.
