These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the website [www.leadershipvisuals.com] (“Website”) and the purchase of digital products (“Products”) offered by Leadership Visuals, a brand of Picture it – Visual Consultancy (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Products & Licensing

Our products consist of digital leadership visuals delivered as downloadable files (PDF, JPEG, PNG).

Each purchase includes a license that determines how the files may be used:

  • Standard License: up to 100 participants/users.
  • Pro License: up to 250 participants/users, includes layered PNG files.
  • Enterprise License: 1000+ participants/users, LMS/internal platform use, and optional customization.

You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license. Ownership of intellectual property remains with us.

3. Pricing & Taxes

  • Product prices are displayed dynamically on our Website in your local currency, based on your location.
  • All prices shown include VAT where applicable.
  • VAT handling:
    • EU customers (B2C): VAT is charged at the rate applicable in your country of residence, in accordance with EU VAT rules for digital services (OSS scheme).
    • EU business customers (B2B): If a valid VAT number is provided, the reverse charge mechanism applies and no VAT is charged.
    • Dutch customers: Dutch VAT (21%) is applied.
    • Non-EU customers: No VAT is charged.
  • Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.
  • We accept payments via Shopify Payments and approved methods (credit card, PayPal, iDEAL, Klarna, etc.).
  • We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but confirmed orders remain unaffected.

4. Delivery

  • Products are delivered as instant digital downloads after payment confirmation.
  • Enterprise License customers may receive additional files (e.g., logo-free version) by email.
  • No physical products are shipped unless explicitly stated.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • By purchasing and downloading digital files, you acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal under EU/UK consumer law.
  • Refunds are only granted in cases of technical issues, duplicate purchases, or as agreed in custom Enterprise arrangements.

6. Restrictions & Prohibited Use

Unless explicitly allowed by your license type, you may not:

  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the files.
  • Share high-resolution files publicly.
  • Claim the visuals as your own work.
  • Use the visuals in a way that infringes copyright or other laws.

Any unauthorized use may result in termination of your license without refund and potential legal action.

7. Intellectual Property

All visuals, designs, and content are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You receive a license to use the products within the limits of your chosen license tier.

All other rights are reserved by Picture it – Visual Consultancy.

8. Liability

  • Our visuals are supporting tools for leadership, training, and communication purposes. They are not professional advice.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
  • Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.

Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be published on our Website with a new “Effective date.”
