Shipping policy

All products sold through Leadership Visuals (a brand of Picture it – Visual Consultancy) are digital downloads. We do not ship physical goods unless explicitly stated on a product page.

1. Delivery Method

• After successful payment, your purchased files will be available for instant download via the confirmation page.
• You will also receive an email with a download link for your files.

2. Delivery Timing

• In most cases, downloads are available immediately.
• In rare cases of technical delay, it may take up to 24 hours before your download link is active.

3. Enterprise License Customers

• Customers with an Enterprise License may receive additional files (e.g., logo-free version) by email on request.
• Custom branding or tailored files (if agreed) may take additional processing time.

4. No Physical Shipping

• Our standard products are digital only.
• We do not ship printed visuals, posters, or other physical materials unless explicitly mentioned on the product page.
